    Welcome to the forum from SW Ohio. In warm/hot weather when I'm wearing cargo shorts, I carry a 642 in a DeSantis Nemesis pocket holster in my right front pocket. I have both an IWB and an OWB holster for it, but pocket carry is still my favorite way to carry the 642. In cooler weather, I carry a full size 1911 when I can wear an appropriate cover garment.
