    Hello to a great group

From the great state of Kentucky. I've had a permit for several years. Most of that time with pistols but find myself going back to revolvers.

I have learned so much from this forum. Great members on here. I was a "lurker" for sometime. Just picked up a new 642 without the internal lock. Can't wait to get some range time.

The situation will NEVER BE THE WAY YOU WANT, it WILL BE THE WAY IT IS. You must be FLEXIBLE ENOUGH TO ADAPT and just "DEAL WITH IT".

Western KY too Burgerboy. I am a Wildcat fan too ghost tracker. I am lucky to live in a gun friendly state. Does anyone have a favorite holster for the 642? I plan to use Gold Dot +P. Pocket carry works unless you are sitting. Thanks.

P.S....I wished they had BBQ mutton round here lol.

Welcome from Indiana! Per your question, Don Hume makes a very nice pocket holster for J-frames.
