ACTIVE DUTY Military
Hello All! This is my very first forum. I am active duty military with the US Navy, more particularly, a Corpsman or more commonly termed "medic"... I serve both our active duty and their dependents providing healthcare coverage... I joined this forum for more insights into gun laws and self defense... Unfortunately I live in the state of California...where gun laws are one of the strictest and ridiculously paranoia!... hopefully, I can be able to get more insights on how active duty folks can make use of local laws to defend our families!... Ironically, when deployed out of the states we can carry our guns to protect our country...but can't carry a gun openly or concealed for the protection of our families!...in California!... Will definitely need your insights as to how I can utilize the current laws, like PC 12027 can work for us active duty. Thanks! RAH!

If you have never broken your gun or bled on your gun in training, you're doing it wrong!

I have a very strict gun control policy: if there's a gun around, I want to be in control of it.

Enjoy your service and this time. Had I known I'd spend so much time reminiscing my years in the Coast Guard, I would have stayed in longer.
