Hello, new from Western Kentucky!
I am not new to the world of Fire Arms :) Living on a farm in Ky hunting and shooting was as much of growing up as well breathing. Dh was in the Army and shot growing up. Now our 14 yr old DD is shooting in 4-H. With all this going on it was like oh DUH why have we not gotten our CCW's yet? I am waiting on mine now :) and I am looking for my 1st CCW, as my mark II or my pump shot gun will not work. While Dh and I agree on what I want/need he is still pushing for what he thinks I have and not what I want aka feels better in MY hand
and where I will need to wear . So I am going to be doing a lot of reading and heading to a range or back yard until I find it.
I have it down between a 642/442 S&W or a Ruger LCR, but not sure of .38 yet... I would love to have a 226 Sig but I worry about it being size and carry on it, and to be be honest, if I could remember how to work it if that need is to come up ...
I hope to learn a lot here!

Welcome from another West Kentuckian. I just picked up a 642 last week and I highly recommend it.
