Welcome from Alabama!
Personally, I believe someone new to reloading should get a single stage press. Slower, but less to go wrong as you get into it, and allows you to inspect all your cases after powder charging to make sure each case is properly charged prior to bullet seating. A squib load, or case with no powder can have dire consequences. Go to the sub-forum on reloading as suggested, and read up. There are a lot of good posts there to learn from. Also, I highly recommend the Lyman reloading handbook, as it contains data for jacketed and cast bullets.
Every reloader needs at least two reloading manuals. The Lee manual has a lot of good information on reloading "how to" that's worth reading several times.
Welcome aboard. Someone more smarter than I (about reloading) will point you somewhere where I would not, cause I don't know.
