Hello nice to be here!
Hi
I'm looking for info regarding home security surveillance and discussing common issues with like minded people. There are a few people that I don't want anywhere near my home yet they continue attempt to contact my ex and his kids who live with me. And then there's my neighbor...
I am mostly a lurker on forum sites such as this but I'm here.
Thanks
Ollie

We should not forget that the spark which ignited the American Revolution was caused by the British attempt to confiscate the firearms of the colonists. -

Welcome from Wisconsin, Ollie.
I suggest that you get a couple (or more) cameras installed. They're not real expensive but make sure that they're of good quality. It'd also be nice if you had a good recording device. It would be kind of nice to have a video of you shooting a stalker/attacker that you could view many years from now for a good laugh, lol. You can also get it on YouTube & get a million views. No tears from me if that's what it takes. I hate stalkers.
I'm not trying to make light of your problem. It's a common one - too common & I sat surveillance on quite a few as a Private Detective between my Navy & Army days. Those were the days before widespread cell phone use but I had a 2-way radio with someone next to a land line phone monitoring the whole time.
A firearm along with good training will give you peace of mind. Situations like that can get downright dangerous so be careful.

I have a very strict gun control policy: if there's a gun around, I want to be in control of it.
