Former lurker from MI
Hi folks,
I've been lurking about here (learning a great deal by the way) for a while. Figured it was more than time to join the party if for no other reason than to say thanks for all the information, ideas, wisdom, and well, all the other stuff, too.
I've had my CPL for about a year and as for my gun preference, I've become a bit of an HK-holic. I've got a USP 9c and a 45c as well as a PTR 91 which just came back from Bill Springfield (yay!). Like most addicts, I didn't intend for this to happen, it just sort of did. But I have resolved to start branching out and my list of "must have's" now includes firearms by Ruger, Glock, Mossberg and CZ, to name a few.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to more great discussions and such, and the banter and razzing, too, I guess.
Ya'll are great. Thanks a bunch.

Oh, and lest I should be flamed for my name like one of the other folks today, I do know how to spell violence, I don't condone it, and yes, I really do play the violin. In fact, it was seeing a post by violinjim that got me to finally register today.

I have a very strict gun control policy: if there's a gun around, I want to be in control of it.
