I just picked up a Mark III and it in a two tone that I find to be unique. It seems that it was only done for 1 year, 2009. Any idea if its worth more or less then normal?

Welcome!
In general, Ruger makes "popularly priced" guns, so even their limited edition runs aren't worth a whole lot more than the basic ones. For example, the 50th anniversary model of their .22 pistol goes for maybe 10% over the regular models. However, the truly rare models (like the 10-inch heavy barrel) do command a higher premium.
Take a look at GunBroker.com and see if your model is up for auction anywhere, and get a feel for what the asking and selling prices are.

Sometimes in life you have to stand your ground. It's a hard lesson to learn and even most adults don't get it, but in the end only I can be responsible for my life. If faced with any type of adversity, only I can overcome it. Waiting for someone else to take responsibility is a long fruitless wait.
