    Howdy from Dallas, Texas!

    Someone at one of the Conservative boards I frequent mentioned this board so decided to check it out.

    My wife recently took an interest in learning to shoot so it's sparked my interest as well. Neither of us have shot a weapon since AF basic training back in the mid-late 80s. We will both be taking our first lesson at a local range in a few days and we'll see where it goes from there. We both have entertained the thought of getting a Concealed Carry permit as it seems everyone around us is doing so.
