Let's also keep in mind the maturity level he is showing playing this game. Do we believe he really wants the guns involved or is it just an opportunity to take something away from you? If this is simply an attempt to hurt you and exert his power so to speak his "power" exists only so long as he believes he is making you do something. The longer you fight it the stronger he feels.

Every time you think it's about him winning, instead think about NOT having to put up with him and his junk anymore, and smile. Think about what a terrific lady you are, and he has lost you forever. Go rent some guns at a shooting range and try them out. Find one that fits YOU and YOU shoot well. Don't miss the ones that he dumped on you because that's what he did - he dumped cheap guns on you so he could feel big and powerful. Try out a .38, .380, 9mm and/or a .357 or something else worth having. Learn to conceal it well on your body and carry it. Determine to use it if necessary. Forget him. He was just a learning experience. Joy and peace of mind are the best revenge. He will hate seeing you happily move on to better things.

Yup.
Give them back, <through an intermediary, or with a credible witness like an officer>
Draw up a receipt, and have it signed.
get your Florida CWP, and pack some heat.
You never know what's "down the road"

A Christmas picture to make you smile. They're my crew. We took the picture in our back yard. It always makes me smile.

I'm not sure about ranges in Orlando - maybe someone here knows?
Tenoroc here in Polk County is pretty nice, depends on which side of Orlando you're on as to how far it from you. From the pic I thought maybe that's where it was take, I only asked because it's relatively close to me. I admit I'm cheap, so I often head to Shoot Straight - it maybe indoor but I like no range fees on ladies day! :)

Welcome from South Carolina...
As others have pointed out, take an escort (police), return the weapons, get a receipt, CUT YOUR LOSSES, and find you someone WORTH being with that will appreciate YOUR interests in firearms, get your Concealed Carry Permit, train, Train, TRAIN, and enjoy YOUR life, let the losers go in their own direction. JMO
Sometimes in life you have to stand your ground. It's a hard lesson to learn and even most adults don't get it, but in the end only I can be responsible for my life. If faced with any type of adversity, only I can overcome it. Waiting for someone else to take responsibility is a long fruitless wait.

You have received some good advice. The only thing I can add is that this is not about the weapons for him. It's all about controlling you and your behavior. Take away his perceived means of control (your personal property) and you eliminate his power over you.
You seem like a very nice person who deserves much better than him. The cost you are paying is a drop in the bucket compared to a life of misery with this person! Congrats on moving forward!
