Hello Ladies & Gentlemen, New member from Florida checking in i hope to learn a great deal and share much information for the days to come.

Well since I've introduce myself i might as well ask my question, I'm going to be buying my first AR Platform and im stuck between Smith - Wesson M&P 15
Magpul MOE edition And the Colt LE6920, Both are mil-spec but colt does take it a little further. My question is what should i choose ? The Sheriff (Wife) Is
giving me a 1200 Budget I Really like the Smith-Wesson M&P15 Magpul edition but i like the colt attention to detail and reliability.

I'm not a man of the service but i do like shooting competitions, Combat training, This will be an active rig.

Product: Model M&P15 MOE Mid MAGPUL® SPEC SERIES™

Welcome from Wisconsin!

My son has a Colt civilian M4 & likes it a lot. Other than that I have no experience with civilian version of the AR15, just the M16 & M4 when I was in the Army.

Welcome!!

I only have experience with Colts, and that's what I own without regrets.
