Mexicans Citizens have a Constitutional right to own firearms. It is tough to buy a pistol over .38, and a rifle over .22, but it can be done. There is a waiting period of 2 months. Ammo is tightly controlled and when available sells out fast. 30 years ago we used to bring bricks of .22s into rural Baja and trade at a great rate for things like Lobsters and fishing boat rental. I won't even go to Tijuana these days.
I don't always have nothing to say, but when I do, I post it on Facebook.

Sadly I think it will be too late then. I see a ban happening R-E-A-L soon.

As another said, its possible to get a firearm in Mexico. From what I read it isn't the easiest thing to do, but possible. Good luck and come home soon.

    Welcome from South Carolina...
Sometimes in life you have to stand your ground. It's a hard lesson to learn and even most adults don't get it, but in the end only I can be responsible for my life. If faced with any type of adversity, only I can overcome it. Waiting for someone else to take responsibility is a long fruitless wait.
