Just checking in from Upstate NY. Due to the restrictions created by the state and county here, I don't presently have a CCW, but to intend to purchase a handgun and start carrying when I move to North Carolina. I carried before when I lived in Missouri, but figured I would stop in to do some reading and get some advice before picking up a handgun again.
