    And so it begins...

    Hey,

    Been lurking on and off for a few years, and probably going to be more active now that I can actually carry. Turned 21 about a week ago, and picked up my CPL today. Carried the lcp today AIWB in a Desantis Pocket-Tuk. Man was it comfy.

    Well I got off of work and ran to the local pawn shop (and only indoor range in town) and was less than pleased at the pricing, customer service, and selection of firearms. Went to the only gun shop nearby and man what a great place. I really want to shoot a XDM9 Compact before purchasing one, and the guy behind the counter offered me to meet him next Sunday and shoot his XDM for comparison. Then said he would order one tonight if I put down a deposit, and if I wind up not liking it he will credit my deposit to any other handgun.

    Now I sit and wait for my lady to get home and deliver a scolding (hopefully I can place this order for a Wilderness Frequent Flyer Belt before the door opens)
