Hi from the Tri-Cities Washington State
My name is Tracy, I am a 911 dispatcher and I just got my CPL. Doing lots of research of the best options for me. I plan to carry in a flashbang bra holster so I am looking for a 380 or slim 9mm. I work with lots of police oficers and deptys so I'm getting lots of ummmm advise. I grew up with weapons but mostly rifles for skeet and trap competitions. It has been years since I shot anything except for a pellet gun to chase off the dogs when they get into my chickens. My youngest is now 20 and the crime rate is rising and it is time to carry with all of the crazyness in the world. Working in dispach, I hear way more stuff then the average Joe. I know our community is not as safe as the police chief and sheriff would like the public to believe. That said, I'm here to learn lots

I have a very strict gun control policy: if there's a gun around, I want to be in control of it.

Welcome from Wisconsin, Tracy! You'll get all kinds of ideas for concealed carry methods here & we have quite a few female carriers. In short - you've come to the right place.

Welcome from SE Michigan.

Welcome from the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and thanks for what you do for the citizens of your community. As a male, I've never tried the flashbang holster system obviously, but I'd mention the Kimber Solo Carry 9mm, as a nice slim line pistol to consider.
You're in a great position to get advice on weapons though, so I'd recommend you take advantage of that advice.
Again, welcome.

It's better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6!!

Welcome from Fort Worth, Texas.
For a slim 9mm take a look at the Sig P938. It's a very good gun, it's small and conceals easily.
