Hello, SauerPuss, and welcome from Missouri to a really great forum. Good people and info here!
Since you are new to this handgun, self defense arena, consider taking some good instructional classes. I also recommend you check out the many free YouTube videos made by Massad Ayoob, a world-class instructor in handgun use and self defense, who has recorded training sessions in Judicious Use of Force, Shoot to Live, Home Invasion, Preparation for Home Defense, and What to Do After a Shooting. Just Google his name and these topics and the YouTubes should show up. Very good instructional information from an expert, and free.
And, best wishes for a safe, prosperous New Year to you and yours.

Sometimes in life you have to stand your ground. It's a hard lesson to learn and even most adults don't get it, but in the end only I can be responsible for my life. If faced with any type of adversity, only I can overcome it. Waiting for someone else to take responsibility is a long fruitless wait.

Welcome to the forum from SW Ohio. My wife has a PX4 Storm that she used when she took her CHL class almost 4 years ago, but she saw the Sig P238 and fell in love with it! She just bought one for herself right after Thanksgiving and loves it!
