I have been reading this site for awhile, and found lots of good information.
My wife and I just completed our CCW corse and are on our way to becoming weapon carrying members of society.
It was my wife that first suggested we get our permits. She started a job working for the county sheriff as a dispatcher. She wanted to feel she could protect herself if she came across a BG that could associate her as working for LE. I have wanted to get my permit for along time. My parents both have had permits since I was a kid, and it's time for me to finally join them.
Guns are on order and application will soon follow.
