    New member, gun enthusiast and resident of CT!

    Hi DC!
    I'm a new resident to CT. Lived in NY for 35 years and always wanted a permit. Moving to CT made that wish come true, or almost. NY is very difficult to get a permit as I'm sure you know. So, i never bothered to go through the process. I have recently taken my courses and filed ppwk. I'm taking my utah class in a couple weeks. Not to mention, I have two guns in transit to my local gun shop(sig 226 combat and glock39). It's going to be driving me nuts knowing they are there and i cant pick them up. For things like this I feel like a little kid on xmas eve. I'm one of those people, that when they get into a hobby take it to a whole new level. I love gadgets and assecories for pretty much everything I own. From my car to golf clubs. Seems like firearms is going to be the same way. It feels like every waking minute, I'm checking out something related to guns online. Now I have a central location for that. Very excited to join and learn a lot from the members here. So, thanks in advance!
