Hello from South Dakota
I've had my permit to carry for about 10 years, but never really carried regularly. I live in a fairly rural community, about 25,000 or so and we really feel pretty safe as there isn't much for violent crimes happening every day. However, as the family grows (we are waiting on #3 right now) I feel like I wan't to be ready. I have a Kimber 1911 that I've always kept close for home defense but I am ready to start keeping a CC with me all the time. I am shopping for a Sig Sauer P239 right now for my EDC and will continue to keep the Kimber close at home.
That's my story in a nutshell and I look forward to interacting on the forum. I've enjoyed reading the great stories and advice so far!

Freedom doesn't come free. It is bought and paid for by the lives and blood of our men and women in uniform.
