Cool New from Colorful Colorado! PT145 and FNX-45

New to the pistol world, but I have already caught the BUG! I have made two purchases in the past month after quite a bit of research. I needed a CCW weapon and a BedSide weapon and found them! I am currently pending a Range Membership, but have already stocked up with center-fire ammo. I have been in the AR world and currently own (for the past 2 years) my Rock River Tactical Operator 2 *decked out to my liking. I sure am glad I got it when I did at $995, now they are $2000+ insane!

I am so new to the pistol world because I come from a communist state called New York. Syracuse to be exact. Now all I have to do is walk into a shop, pick one out, pass my Background check, pay the man and I can walk out with it holstered OC if I want, oh the freedom! My inventory now is an FNH FNX .45 and the TAURUS PT145 .45, you can guess which is CCW and Bedside. Thanks for looking all, below is my current load-out!

Also, I feel the need to share with you fellas a lovely site. GunBot find 9mm ammo in stock GunBot find 223 5.56 AR-15 ammo in stock<< I'm sure many of you already know of it, but for those of you that don't it's a life saver! P.S. the Ruger SR9 is the ladies, but she doesn't wanna be "pansy" and get a smaller pistol for CCW, as we both took the class together and will be applying this week, she needs a compact cannon I tell her, maybe she will love the PT145 when she shoots it and decide on one or similar. Also, I just ordered a FoXx IWB holster, anyone love these?

It is going to take some time to be a good pistol shooter, one time out shooting so far, fired about 50rds out of each and 3 out of the SR9, got a 3" group at 10' in the SR9 and all over the place with the .45's. Need to figure out a better grip (Which I believe I have) and stance. All weapons performed flawlessly with he exception of 1 FTE on the TAURUS, most likely due to limp wrist on the first shot. The FNX had nearly the same "felt recoil" as the SR9, wow this thing is an operator! Thanks for checking in folks, I plan on doing a mix of OC and CC, any COlorado members want to chime in about which one I should do more of feel free (and where not to bother OC).

Thanks for the welcomes everyone and alright, a fellow CO member! Any advise on OC with the FNX in CO? I'll be headed down to Home to get a custom fit Kydex with the light on this Thu, as well as a 2 mag holster for the left side.
