Hi. I am David from Texas; just West of Fort Worth. I recently received my CHL. It took a little over two months to get it after submitting the documentation due to the backlog with the state. This evening I went out for the first time with a concealed Glock 23 in a White Hat IWB holster. The holster is not broken in but turned out to be quite comfortable.

Go to the drug store or Walmart and buy a roll of Dr. Scholl's moleskin (you will find it by the foot care products).

Attach the moleskin to the body side of your holster.
With a drill & drillbit, drill out the moleskin from all the holes in the leather.
Reassemble your holster and enjoy the added comfort.

Aside from buying the moleskin, you should be able to complete the above process in about a half hour.
