    LOL, I'm actually a History major too and have taken a Criminology class but we only have that in the Sociology department and I don't feel like going for a minor in Soc.

    Thanks for all the friendly welcomes. Not only are the boards educational and enjoyable to read the people are as nice as can be.

    Our Crim is all run through the sociology department, but it is a seperate minor from sociology. Even though the classes have class titles like Soc410 (criminology) or soc 210 (aspects of social deviance), they recognize it as different, I certainly wouldn't take it if it was just labeled a sociology minor. As far as the History, we get to specialize our focus, and mine is North American military conflicts after 1750. Hope ya learn lots from this board
