I'm relatively new to owning firearms. I bought my Beretta Neos 22LR as a starter gun last year, and have gotten pretty good at the range with it.
I'm signed up for the Concealed Carry class December 14.
I'm going to be purchased a CC gun shortly after. My main two choices are the Beretta PX4 Compact .40, or the Glock 23 .40.
I've shot both at the local range. I'm leaning towards the Beretta. It's a great looking gun. Glocks are a lot more common so I also want something a little different. My friend who is a LEO carries a PX4 compact .40 and he loves it.
I figured I'd join up because I've been researching different CC holsters.
I like the idea of a cargo pocket holster for the summer when I wear cargo shorts. I also will likely get an AIWB holster for the other times.

Hello from Milwaukee. My first was the G23...really like it, but I've never shot the PX4, so I don't know how much influence that opinion holds!

Hi from Nashville. You might also consider a Glock 19, or 26.
Welcome to the forum from SW Ohio. I don't recommend carrying in a cargo pocket. The gun bangs against your leg way to much to be comfortable. Believe me, I've tried it - just once. That was enough! In the summer, I carry a S&W 642 in a pocket holster in the FRONT pocket of my cargo shorts - not in a cargo pocket.

Yes I have a feeling that the cargo one might bang against the leg haha.
I'm currently in the Waukesha area. Fletcher Arms is where I shoot at.
