    Newbie from NC

Hello all. Female shooter from NC. Been looking for a new and more relevant to me gun forum and decided to join up. Been shooting about ten years now, have worked in gun stores, gave up shooting competitively but still enjoy target shooting and carrying for protection. I actually am mostly interested in rifles, especially military surplus, but am trying to get interested in shooting handguns again more often - since there isn't anywhere to shoot my rifles around here any more.

What part of the state you be in cowboy? I used to live up in blue ridge great country. Just wished they have fix there handgun/class 3 laws while I was there .

Ah this is the golden years of the c&r stuff . The last of the military guns before they switch to FA are coming online . Heck even the first sp-1 colt is now c&r. You have a c&r? I dont think NC allows it but in most states it makes it easier to get some real fun FA guns with a C&R .

Lot of great handguns that are mil supruls too .. Some of the old brettas, the brownings so much fun .

    Welcome! Handguns are good.

(Actually, because of my eyes I can't shoot long guns, but wish I could......)
