Gun control isn't about guns...it's about control. It also makes criminals out of otherwise law abiding citzens.

Hi smf0518! Welcome to the forum from Texas. This is a great place to learn and to share! I carry a 3rd Gen Glock 30 SF. As many people as there are on the forum, there are as many holsters and recommendations. I carry either in a Remora (https://www.remoraholsterstore.com/) or a belly band (The Original Belly Band Made in USA). Hope you find what works for you!

Well let's see there's shoulder holsters (SR) deep concealment at 12 o'clock like the Smart Carry I used for many years. Some here call those "Belly Bands." I always get a chuckle reading that. IWB/OWB at every position known to man. Then there's pocket carry. Until just last week that was my carry method. Now lately I've been carrying OWB with a cover shirt. It's the closest I've been to OC in about 4 years. Seeing as it's still winter I have taken to wearing one of those flannel over sized shirts with the shiny black liner inside. This is a squared off bottom shirt not made to tuck into your trousers. As my pilot light is near out my running temp runs cool so I have to wear more clothes to keep warm. When it's 85-90* in the middle of summer I'm the only guy for 500 miles that's out and about in long pants and a long sleeved shirt.
BTW Shaun Welcome to DC. There's about a kajillion answers here for your million questions.
Welcome aboard from Orygun. I carry a 5" 1911 OWB @ 3:00 in a pancake holster. You can either dress for your gun or get a gun for your dress.
