    Howdy ...

    Howdy ... my name is Mark and I just joined your community :-)

    I live in Central, KS ... I am retired after 32 years in IT ... Bought my first handgun (Colt Trooper 4" in .357) the day I turned 21 ... and now at the age of 53 I finally have a CCL as Kansas enacted the law last July and the state started handing out permits on January 3rd of 2007!

    After going through everything in the safe I decided on the following two firearms to be my CCWs ... a 3" SP101 in .357 and a 4.25" SW1911PD in .45

    I do not at this time own what I would call a backup or pocket type of handgun ... that will change by the end of the month when my new Glock 33 shows up. I have never owned a DAO Polymer Framed handgun before ... wish me Luck!
