I live in rural area near the central Oregon coast, what a great place to live. I'm a Firefighter/EMT with over 21 yrs in the business. Primary carry: Para P-1345 Limited, back-up S&W 442 Airweight 38Spl, house guns: Mossburg 590 12 G and a Colt AR-15, oh and I keep a Marlin Guide Gun in 45-70 in the corner just in case. I enjoy hunting, shooting, teaching the grandkids, they will keep you young, and my dogs. I'm currenly sitting around recovering from knee surgery and am bored to death. I look forward to spending some time getting to know some folks with like interests and learning from you. As my Fire Chief says "All of us are smarter than any one of us"
With that collection of firearms, 21 years in the business and grandkids to teach you your missteps, you're bound to be smarter than most.
Am just up the road from you, west of Portland.
Glad to see another left-coaster on defensivecarry.com.

Just roll to your rifle and blow out your brains,
