The wait is over! I turned in my CCP Application in on April 23 and was told it would take 90 to 100 days to process the application and receive it.
I got my permit on June 30th, a lot earlier than I expected. It took me a while to post due to vacations and I'm just getting back into the swing of things. Anyway, my first time carrying out in public I almost felt like I was doing something wrong, go figure. And I was more conscious of my surroundings and who was standing around me than I usually am.
The advice I got off this forum was very helpful (Thank You) about how to keep from printing and being made, spent the entire 4th with my family and extended family and no one was the wiser.
Did finally show my Dad after a couple of days since he has his permit as well.
