welcome, how do you like your CZ?

I'm actually waiting for the background check to finish so I can go get it. I'm guessing I will be able to pick it up on Friday. My Dad has a CZ 75 (pre-B from back in 85 my Mom has one just like it with sequential serial numbers.) which I have fired on occasion and I used it in my handgun safety seminar. I loved it and have heard nothing but good things about CZs.
I was perusing a gun store after doing some shooting with my Dad's CZ and I heard an employee talking about how great CZs are and he's holding this green P-01. I thought it looked cool and I asked if I could see it as the other customer wasn't interested. As soon as I had it in my hand I knew I had found the gun I was looking for. It feels so natural in my hand! I'd never held a gun that felt so right and balanced. Not to mention the tacticool green finish.

I was a member at TTRC for years until recently. I now RSO at Black Diamond GC and am a member of Champion Arms (closer to home). TRRC is a great place, just too far to drive for a 'quick session'.
