Hello all. I have found this forum extremely informative thus far. I am glad to have found such an active group of weapon enthusiasts. I am just now getting back into firearms after a long hiatus. I was a police officer for a few years, a jailor before that, a security guard before that. I even did work for a PI. (My Brother ) Left that all in 1998 with a bad taste in my mouth.
I am now an attorney and just about to set forth on the path of a concealed carry permit. I think I am exempt but will likely take the class anyway. Looking to put my little Taurus 605 custom to good use. Which I have had since 1999. I will also pick up a new Glock 19. Sooo excited. I was a moron and sold my last Glock 22 several years ago in a pinch.
My duty weapon was a Glock 17, 1st Generation handed down from my father. (LEO as well) I have gone through too many guns in the past. Just a few are Colt .380, Glock 17, Glock 22, Rossi .357 4'brl. In addition to several shotguns over the years.
I look forward to this reintroduction of sorts with the world of weaponry and concealed carry. Thanks.

So welcoming around here. Thanks. T-Town eh? Used to live there too. Small world.
No thanks necessary. I would gladly sign up for a reserve spot somewhere with a PD or SO. However, the boss/wife is not so keen on the idea these days with a kid and all. Oh well.
