    Cool New Member from West Texas

    I'm a college student from West Texas. I grew up around guns and developed a fascination with guns at a young age. The next logical step was to get my CHL, so I bought a Glock 19 for my 21st birthday and took the CHL course three months after. I carried that for around a year and decided I liked the Glock 17's larger frame so I bought one and have been it carrying ever since. I recently purchased a Taurus CIA Model 650 2" .357MAG. I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet, but so far, everyone who finds out I haven't shot it yet just laughs and says "good luck." Anyway, I look forward to hearing others' thoughts on different topics.

    Welcome from Kentucky! Boy, I remember those college days. Working crazy hours and trying to go to school full-time. Can't say I miss those days but it was worth it.
