    Greetings from Northern Indiana

    Greetings to all from Northeast Indiana.
    New to this forum, found it by accident while searching the web.
    I have applied for my carry permit,(still waiting after 25 days)
    but intend to carry my Bersa Thunder .380 upon reciept of my licence.
    Did not own any firearms for a quarter century while raising my kids, but they are grown and gone, so I have begun accumulating weapons.

    Always liked shooting in the Marine Corps (79-82) and want to get back to the range. (Indiana won't even let you take your handgun to the range without a permit).
    With the current state of society's degradation, and the fact that wifey and I are going on more motorcycle trips, I feel the need to carry a handgun is imperative. I live in a low crime area, but I travel through some rather troublesome places at times.
