New Guy asking stupid questions here

Hi all, this is a neat place. I live in Newark Ohio, am 51 and am a maintenence supervisor. I just got my CC license a year ago and own an S&W Tactical 45, a Bersa 380 and a NAA 380.

My wife is also getting her CC license and we are in the process of finding her the perfect gun. She wants a revolver, so thats what she gets!!!!

I just came here for some fellowship with fellow gun owners and to occasionally ask a stupid question!!!!!

welcome to the forum. watch out trying to find the perfect gun for your wife, it can get expensive. if she's like my wife, almost every gun in the shop is perfect in it's own way, lol. course i'd rather have it that way instead of hearing "you bought ANOTHER gun?"

No stupid questions in this place. Only the questions that we haven't heard before. Welcome to the Forum... Ohhh.BTW..any trouble with that NAA 380 you have there? I have a friend that just got one, he had a bit of trouble with his trigger-to-hammer rod. (it sheared off right at the area where the rod connects at the trigger assy. and the whole trigger/hammer assy locked up tight)
Just a bit of good info for you to digest, just in case you're carrying the NAA as a BUG. Strip it down and check the area nearest the trigger, where the rod connects rearward to the hammer for stress cracks. None of us here, including myself, want to see you find yourself in a very tight situation
Start posting, and let all of us know if you're finding anything wrong with that NAA 380, as it's a really nice piece

Welcome HiV! Sounds by your armory you know a LOT more than you're letting on. Hope you'll share some with us. My NAA 380 has functioned flawlessly. Run a few boxes through it, then look at Cor-Bon DPX, to see if that will work.
