Hmm, is that home rule? MN recognizes TX CHL

Is that a home rule thing with the Twin Cities?

MN recognizes my Texas concealed license and allows open carry. That is what I learned recently and verified by writing the folks at the MN state police.

So, why the comment about, "peoples republic of MN?"

Are there specific restrictions that concern you that I didn't pick up on when doing my pre-trip research?
