    Hello from Fort Worth, Texas!

    Glad to be here. I'm looking forward to the learning all I can about defensive carry.

    I am waiting for the great State of Texas to finish processing my CHL, but I'm planning to carry my Sig P250 chambered in either 40SW or 9mm. (I don't have the 40SW conversion kit yet, I'm waiting to see what taxes do to me this year.)

    I've ordered a Crossbreed holster for the P250, and I'm looking forward to breaking it in around the house until my CHL arrives.

    For defensive issues around the home, I also have a Mossberg 590A1 shotgun with a Knoxx stock on it that's a joy to shoot.

    Welcome from Arlington - just south of Lake Arlington.

    I carry a GLOCK 23 myself - and should have my permit by the end of the month - can't wait.

    So, I'm getting used to carrying while I am in my house and on my property :)
