I'm a student in Washington state who's just about to apply for a license - my 21st birthday is quickly approaching.
I've been into SIGs and Kimbers since I was first introduced to them. I'm still "shopping" around for other models that appeal to me. I won't have the money to buy my own piece for awhile - at least not something like a SIG or Kimber.
I wonder if it would be better to wait until I can buy what I want (and something that can be expected to last), or to go ahead and arm myself with something less expensive in the meantime. Thoughts?
Anyway, I'm all about the "carry mindset," want to be able to protect myself, like the idea of owning firearms to do so, and am glad that there are communities of people who share these interests.
