Being up here in NE North Dakota, everything is frozen. Even our words.
I'm still waiting on my carry permit to arrive, but have been informed that it was mailed yesterday. So it should be here by monday or tuesday.
I'm technicly an old fart, according to all the AARP mail I get. But my brain says I'm maybe 30.
Been shooting guns since I was a young kid. Love being out in the woods watching the grass grow and the wildlife.
I'm also a volunteer firefighter/EMT. Been doing that for 4 years now, and still love driving down the road with the flashing red lights and siren going. Makes me feel like a kid again. Until I pull up to the scene, then it's time to go to work and what I feel at that point is completely unimportant. We're there for someone else, how they feel is the important thing (as long as the scene is safe that is).
