    Howdy from Massachusetts!!

    Hi all, new member here from the wonderfully anti-gun state of Massachusetts. Things are tough up here but we are getting through it best we can. As a long time gun owner it pains me to see things get tougher and tougher up here with all the laws and restrictions, but hey I got mine and they will have to wrestle them from my cold dead fingers if they want them!!! Anyway, are there any other members from up this way on this site?? So far I have found some very entertaining and informative stuff in the forums and look forward to a long stay and much more good reading. Thanks for such a site it's a breath of fresh air compared to what we put up with up here in MA.....

    I know what you mean about an "antigun" environment. I'm originally from RI. That isn't a "shall issue" state. Ever since I've left RI I've always wanted to buy firearms of various degrees. If I decided to move back to RI I'd have to turn a few of my guns into the state. They don't fit that's state description of "legal" firearms. But that's why I currently live in Nevada too.
