I have made a couple of posts already but am just now getting to introduce myself.
I am wife and also a mother of twin 17 yr old boys. All a job in itself. But I am also a retired correctional peace officer from 2 male, maximum security prisons in California. I work now for government in Idaho. We have 4 horses, 4 dogs, 2 parrots and 6 chickens on our place and love every minute of life!
I came here to this forum to learn more about the different weapons and meet nice people. You all are a hoot! Enjoy reading all the info and suggestions. Keep up the good work!
Welcome from Las Vegas, Nevada!
I would like to thank you very much for your service while you lived in California. Not everyone can do that type of job. I know that I couldn't do it.
I'm certain that being a female assigned to 2 male maximum security prisons couldn't have been the easiest jobs you could have worked.
Again, welcome to the group!
Welcome! I am always happy to see more women on the forum! Then when I ask questions about holsters and cover garments I can have womens perspectives which are much more helpful to me!
A warm welcome from Victoria, B.C.
What kind of dogs do you have? We have four pointers, three german and one english and are heavily involved in pointer rescue.
CCW permit holder for Idaho, Utah, Pennsylvania, Maine and New Hampshire. I can carry in your country but not my own.
