    Hi Nickle.

    Did I do that?

Yup, Len you did that. Now, we'll have to get you shooting Battle Rifles, and drag you over to a couple of Forums on them.

    Nickle,

My favorite battle rifle is my CAR-15 (pre-ban, since I'm still behind enemy lines). I have a bunch of other rifles, mostly old battle iron I bought in the first few years of getting my C&R FFL, however I have never shot any of them for a few reasons: time and space to strip them down completely and headspace them, and time at a range to shoot.

I've been concentrating on defensive pistol shooting, as my work puts me in a situation that I may need to rely on that one day, with no backup.

But when we hold those NES get-togethers, I'll be all for shooting battle rifles.

Just so I know what to bring, PM me at NES with the calibers you need to headspace. I have some gages, and am buying some others. We can check them on the spot.

    Nickle,

Will do. I have most of them, except for 1 Russian caliber that I can't recall right now. Still need time and clean space to disassemble and clean them. That will be the bigger issue.

Pistol, or rifle? They only made a few different calibers, since the 1890's.

If it's 7.62x54R, I'll be getting that one. If it's for the Nagant Revolver, I can figure that one out, without a gage.

Rifle. I think it was 7.62x54R, but not certain. I do recall calling Clymer about them once.
