New Member from NY

Hello all. Just wanted to drop in and say hello and I am glad that I found this site. I am going to need it :). I just got back today from the Count Clerk's office and am just waiting on the judge to sign off on my pistol ticket before I can pick up my first pistol. Really looking forward to some good advice from the forums since this is all new to me. Never realized how much I didn't know about guns until now :) Thanks again everyone.
