    From the frozen flatlands of MN

    Hey all. I've been reading this for a few weeks and figured I'd join because there's a wealth of information to be had here, and I'd like to be a part of it. Not a lot I can share, but here's to learning!

    I'm from MN, and have had my permit for a few years. I haven't found a lot of boards that deal with this topic AND keep it apolitical, but I've been reading the concealed carry forum for a while and I'm very impressed. I find that my political views don't mesh with most gun owners, but I only care when other people take offense. I like knowing the other side, and without AT LEAST two sides to an issue, a good discussion is non existent.

    In reading the boards here, I don't feel uncomfortable (as I usually do), and I thank you all for that. It's good to be here.
