    Mine took about 3 weeks? It was post-dated on the cert to be exactly a month tho. Buddy of mine in Pierce county (south Federal Way but technically tacoma) took about 3-4 days till he had it in the mailbox! He is an ATC controller and a fed employee so that may have something to do with it.
