    Hello From Louisiana

    Hi from North Louisiana. Kinda new here and with ccw. Still waiting on card, its been 60 days now. I really don't understand what takes so long. I do understand back ground checks. But with todays technology what's the deal. Nice to be hear though. Anyone else from Louisiana drop me a line.
