    Greetings from Canada.

    Hello all, from Canada.
    I'm new to the forum, but have been reading for a while now.
    I enjoy the various points of view, and the no nonsense advice. You guys tell it like it is :)
    Here in Western Canada we look forward to the day when our politicians stop viewing firearms owners as criminal activists waiting for the opportunity to break the law.
    We do have Drakonian firearms laws here, but if a person has a clean record and the patience to wait for all permits, its quite possible to obtain.
    It is extremely rare here to be granted CCW status. (Scrutinized employment purposes only.)
    There is a large contingent of IPSC and PPC enthusiasts here that wait for the day when we can follow your example.
    Looking forward to learning and sharing.

    We also put vinger (malt, yum) on our fries, makes for interesting looks when you request some in a small town in Central US :)
