What's your mode of carry (OWB, IWB, pocket, shoulder)? What are your top three criteria for selection of a given carry gun? Of those three criteria, which would you give up in order to get an excellent match on the other two?
You've given a broad range of calibers and gun styles. I know what I'd select, but ... you'll be carrying it. So, a bit of guidance might help.

Lots of good advice so far. Here's my 2-bits worth.
Find a place where you can handle and shoot some different handguns. I keep a couple things in mind; comfort and reliability. If it isn't comfortable to wear concealed, I won't carry it all day every day. If it isn't reliable (as close to 100% as possible) am I willing to bet my life on it when SHTF?
What works for you will be different than what works for others.
I used to carry a S&W 3914 9mm until I developed some physical problems that caused a reliability issue with the semi-auto. I now carry a DAO S&W 36 in 38 Special. Went from 9 rounds to 5 and superb accuracy to OK, but the revolver goes bang EVERY time I pull the trigger whereas the semi fails to feed almost every shot.
Stay safe,
Tracy
