Welcome aboard from a fellow Richmonder. While your looking at Dominion, try shooting the CZ P-01 they have there. Might be a little bigger than what your looking for but reliability and price are hard to beat.
If not, I'll have to give it a go next time I am here in a few weeks.
I have a pretty big frame so I think I could carry a bigger gun without printing but I loved shooting the PM9. I fired off a fast clip and was giggling like a school girl

Yes they have a green P-01 at Dominion. The green were a special edition run, I believe it was a government order that was filled and they had a few left over that were sold to the general public. Most P-01's are black as are the P-06.

Sometimes in life you have to stand your ground. It's a hard lesson to learn and even most adults don't get it, but in the end only I can be responsible for my life. If faced with any type of adversity, only I can overcome it. Waiting for someone else to take responsibility is a long fruitless wait.

Good luck with the upcoming test, a little practice and no worries.
I'd suggest the Glock 26 for CC. IMO, For reliability and the ease concealment IMO it's a excellent choice. I like the PM9 too, but I'd have to give the reliable check mark to Glock. FWIW
