Just Want To Say Thanks
I'm new here on the site and have been reading through the scenarios section for a few evenings now. I wanted to thank everyone personally for posting all the great scenarios and real life stories, as well as the useful comments and suggestions. I've made it to about 8 pages and have learned a huge amount about how to be prepared and situational awareness that I hope I never have to use, but will be glad I read all this if I do.
So Thank You everyone! I think every member should read as much of this section as possible.
Welcome aboard from a fellow Missourian! Don't be a stranger. You are welcome to prowl and growl on these pages as much as the rest of us!
Welcome from Michigan!
I agree, everyone should read and learn from the experiences posted here.
The people who come to DC are pretty good.

BTDT, myself, a few times. It's not pretty. It's not something you try to remember. But there are certainly elements that stay with a person. For a fact, I've learned some simple, base lessons that have changed how I see the world. As a result of 20yrs+ of adjusting, the way I scan and view things is simply a part of me, a part of how I go about my daily life. It's no longer much of an effort or a concern, though I won't go unarmed wherever I go.
Welcome to the forum!
