How well is that gun banning law working??

KSTP TV - Minneapolis and St. Paul - Person shot outside Mpls. high school
Person shot outside Mpls. high school

According to police, someone was shot outside of a Minneapolis high school Friday night.

Police were called to the gymnasium of Patrick Henry High School around 10:30 p.m.

The school's Spring Fling dance was coming to an end and students were leaving when at least one shot was fired.

Police on the scene said the victim's injuries were not life-threatening.
Neither the law or the several signs posted around the school indicating that guns are banned from the premises could prevent this shooting. Hmmmm...

I think it comes down to the state of education in our cities. Obviously, the shooter couldn't read.

This is the ONLY possible good explanation. What else could it be?

It's a sad state of affairs folks. Our education system is broke, their not learning, they keep insisting those gun free zones are needed and will work. Incidents like this are not teaching them that gun free means open season.

    Darn fools!

I thought a gun free zone meant that guns were free in that general area.

Surely if they ban guns from more areas that the BG wouldn't have been able to do such a terrible thing...
One of the most dangerous political philosophies afflicting America today is the belief that we can’t allow anyone to suffer the natural consequences of their own stupidity.

How we behave as gun owners is important. Posturing and threatening does not serve us well in the public eye.

Ban the schools. Teach your kids yourself.
