Pretty slick. Talk about a pleasant surprise. Often they find them crashed or a burned out shell.

I didn't know you could put a V8 into a Honda, wouldn't think it could fit.

The car in that picture does not have a V8 in it.

Typical reporting, if the guy had been arrested with a Glock in his waistband, it would've been an AK 47.

They would have had to completely gut the engine compartment and more than likely replace most or all of the stock components to make room.

You can see the "VTEC" on the valve cover in the pic. Still a 4 cylinder. Another oddity in the story: car has special hubcaps? Yeah, they're called rims. You would think someone might do some research before printing a story for all to read.

Typical Reporter have no knowledge about the subject of which they write about.

The only V 8 Honda made was for the Ridgeline Pickup and it was planned to be put in a Car but not that FWD Car. It would never fit.
That is a V TEC 4 cyl engine. Possible Turboed! (On second inspection NOT TURBOED, no intercooler and the breather goes to the fender behind the battery.) Possibly a larger displacement!
But, in all honesty it looks like he just added some spray paint bling and Pep Boys Wheels.

I don't know about the Honda, but back in the 70s it was popular to put a 454 in the Chevy Vega!

    Thats a crazy story!

I can't believe how many errors that article has in it though! I need to figure out how they are running a V8 with 4 spark plugs...
